End User License Agreement (EULA) for BeSound

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and BeSound, Inc. ("Company," "we," or "us") governing your use of the BeSound application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

  • Subject to this Agreement, BeSound grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

 

Restrictions

  • You agree not to:

    • Distribute or make the Services available to others.

    • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Services.

    • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

    • Circumvent or interfere with security features of the Services.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

  • BeSound offers subscription-based features that automatically renew. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing, duration, and renewal terms provided at the point of purchase. You may manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings.

Termination

  • BeSound reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate this Agreement or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease immediately.

  • The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

  • In no event will BeSound be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
